Corinna is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in an exclusive new development in the picturesque village of Peyia.  

This air-conditioned townhouse boasts a roof terrace with amazing panoramic sea views down to Coral Bay and a private courtyard at the front of the property which overlooks the large infinity pool.
The house is in a quiet and peaceful location nestled into the hillside with a mountain view at the rear and is ideal for couples or families looking for a relaxing break.  

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom downstairs.  Each room in the house benefits from air-conditioning and all front areas have fabulous pool and ocean views.

The centre of Peyia is a short walk away, where there is a variety of shops and restaurants for your convenience.  Coral Bay is just a few minutes away by car and is a lively resort with a fantastic beach and a range of bars and eateries.  Paphos is a 15 minute drive away.

The house is spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard.  Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space including clothes hangers and shoe racks.  The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and a granite worktop.  The bathrooms have showers with pressurised water.

A welcome pack is provided to cover your immediate needs on arrival. A more comprehensive food pack can also be provided - prices provided on request.
We ask that you don’t smoke inside the house - there is plenty of balcony and terrace space available if you wish to smoke.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request.

OUTDOORS
There is a large pool just to the front of the house with the Mediterranean Sea providing a magnificent backdrop.  To the side of the pool there are shower and changing facilities.  The pool area also has a wide terrace, perfect for sun bathing with a beautiful vista.
There is a private covered parking area in the development just to the side of the house.

30 minute drive from Paphos airport.
Taxi transfer can be organised for you by the property management company at favourable rates and they can also assist with car hire from the airport if desired

Guests are supported by a local English property management company, who are also available to take care of any queries or issues that arise during your stay. Car hire recommended to explore the beautiful surrounding areas.

Peyia is a very popular and charming village located on the hillsides above Coral Bay and offers glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean water and surrounding countryside.  It is the perfect location to enjoy the advantages of a quiet rural setting, yet is only a few minutes’ drive from the beaches of the lively Coral Bay and only 15 minutes from the centre of Paphos.  All local amenities are available only a short walk away in the village centre including banks, doctors, supermarkets, cafes, fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers and DVD shop.

The famous Akamas National Park with its spectacular scenery and rare species of flora and fauna starts just further up the hillside from Peyia.  There are lots of nature trails here and you can explore the area by hiking, cycling or driving with a 4x4.  Cruises are also available.

Peyia is a great place to while away a relaxing lunchtime with a plateful of meze and a cold bottle of Keo beer. If you prefer your afternoons to be a little more active you'll find a number of local companies offering every white-knuckled pursuit from go-karting to paragliding, otherwise it's a just short hop to the beach.

Things liven up at night in the village with the many tavernas, bars and restaurants to choose from.  Other local amenities and sports include cycling, tennis, horse riding, paragliding, go-karting, swimming and a variety of beach activities.  Safaris run regularly to all parts of the island from Coral Bay. 

Paphos
Located on the South West side of the island, Paphos enjoys the best all year round climate having on average 340 days of sunshine. Today's Paphos is a modern and very popular tourist resort but has also retained much of its original charm and history and still has numerous archaeological sites.

There are many top class restaurants along with traditional taverns, cafes, bars and. For those looking for adventure there are numerous activities such as scuba diving, quad bikes, jet skies, paragliding, horse riding and even snowboarding and skiing in the winter months on the slopes of the Troodos Mountains.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Payment can be taken in either UK pounds or Euros. Reduced rates are available for long lets or for lets within the next two weeks. Please enquire for details.
30% deposit required on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date. 
£200 damage/breakages deposit is required for all bookings and is refunded within 7 days of departure.
